Class Description
Class I PTO- An activity scheduled by the school for benefit of PH Students Borough Town Group - Activity scheduled throught the Borough of Pine Hill directly with the PH BOE (i.e. Rec Basketball, Wrestling, etc.)
Class II Student Based Groups (50% participants PH Residents) Non-Profit Group - operating within the boundaries of Pine Hill Public Schools Service Organization - Organization benefiting students (i.e. Lions Club, Rotary)
Class III Non-Profit Group operating outside of the boundaries of the Pine Hill (i.e. Parochial, Private, public schools) Private Interest Groups - Businesses and/or individuals operating within the boundaries of Pine Hill for the purpose of profit Individuals or groups that can not provide tax-exempt information.
Staff Requests All In District Staff requests.
School Groups- A group made up of PH Public Schools Students led by a PH Public Schools Employee paid by the district.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.
